Furnished Winter Rentals

Do you live in a climate that chills you to the bone during the winter months?  

There is an abundance of condos, town homes, patio homes and single family homes that are available completely furnished (including flatware, dishes, bedding, etc.) for the sole purpose of our seasonal visitors.  Depending on the location and duration of your visit, a one bedroom condo runs from about $1,700 per month upward to $5,000 per month for a furnished single family home.  All utilities are included - just bring your toothbrush!  Typically these properties have amenities such as heated pool, spa, clubhouse and jogging paths.  Also, if you're relocating I can help you locate a furnished or unfurnished rental  until we are able to find you that special new home.

Unfurnished Yearly Rentals

Those who desire a permanent residence in a rental will be pleased to know there are always wonderful condos, town homes, patio homes and single family homes available to rent.   Typically, a 12 month lease is required but there are from time to time some properties that require less of a commitment.  The rate for these properties vary from $700 per month for a 1 bedroom condo to more than $5,000 per month for one of the finer single family homes in the Scottsdale Area.  Most have access to a community pool or private pool.
